These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of pacificfashionweek.com and any related webpages, content, features, communications, and services operated by The Foundation for an Engaged Pacific, doing business as Pacific Fashion Week (“Pacific Fashion Week,” “PFW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes, including learning about Pacific Fashion Week, its designers, events, partners, schedules, and ticketing opportunities.

Interfere with the website’s security, functionality, or availability.

4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, branding, page designs, videos, photographs, audio, artwork, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Pacific Fashion Week and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Designer names, trademarks, collection imagery, photographs, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view and share links to publicly available pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other license or ownership right is granted through your use of the website.
5. Pacific Fashion Week Name and Trademarks
The Pacific Fashion Week name, PFW name, associated logos, event names, and related branding may not be used without prior written permission.
Nothing on this website authorizes the production or sale of merchandise, promotional materials, media, or services bearing Pacific Fashion Week branding.
All other names, logos, and trademarks appearing on the website belong to their respective owners.
6. Designer and Third-Party Content
The website may feature designers, artists, speakers, venues, sponsors, partners, vendors, and other third parties. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership of their work to Pacific Fashion Week.
Opinions or statements attributed to participating individuals are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of Pacific Fashion Week.
Permission to download, reproduce, publish, or commercially use a designer’s work must be obtained directly from the appropriate rights holder.
7. Event Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate event information. However, schedules, designers, speakers, venues, programming, admission requirements, and other details may change.
Pacific Fashion Week may modify, postpone, relocate, substitute, or cancel programming when reasonably necessary. Updates will be posted on the website or communicated to registered attendees when appropriate.
The appearance of a designer, artist, speaker, sponsor, or partner on the website does not guarantee participation if circumstances change.
8. Tickets and Third-Party Ticketing
Pacific Fashion Week may use Zeffy or another third-party provider to process ticket purchases, registrations, donations, and payments.
When you use a third-party ticketing service, you may also be subject to that provider’s terms, privacy policy, and payment-processing practices. Pacific Fashion Week does not control the independent operation of third-party platforms.
Ticket prices, eligibility requirements, refund rules, transfer restrictions, and cancellation terms will be presented on the applicable event or checkout page. Event-specific ticket terms will control if they conflict with these general website Terms.
9. Third-Party Links
The website may link to designer websites, social-media platforms, sponsors, venues, ticketing services, news organizations, and other third-party resources.
These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of every statement, product, policy, or service offered by the third party. Pacific Fashion Week is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of external websites.
You access third-party websites at your own discretion.
10. Submissions and Communications
If you voluntarily send Pacific Fashion Week suggestions, concepts, comments, photographs, or other material outside an official application or submission process, please do not send confidential information.
Unless separately agreed in writing, unsolicited communications do not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
Official designer applications, sponsorship proposals, press requests, vendor submissions, and employment applications may be governed by additional terms presented during that process.
11. Website Availability and Accuracy
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the website without notice. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, current, or free of technical errors.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. You should confirm time-sensitive event, venue, admission, and ticket information before making travel or purchasing decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Pacific Fashion Week does not guarantee that the website will meet every user’s requirements or that all content will be complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability

Event attendance, ticket refunds, personal injury, property loss, photography, attendee conduct, and venue-specific matters may be governed by separate ticket or event-attendance terms.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Pacific Fashion Week and its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims arising from:

This provision does not require you to indemnify Pacific Fashion Week for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.

We may revise these Terms when our website, events, services, or legal obligations change.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any event-specific or ticketing terms presented to you, constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the website.
